The game of 7-Card Stud in which the player that has the best five-card hand, out of seven cards, will
win the game.
If you are interested in playing 7-Card Stud, you will want to be sure that you know the
rules before jumping right into a game of 7-Card Stud.
It is important to remember that 7-Card Stud is a
game in which players are dealt a mix of face-up and face-down cards.
In the beginning of a game of 7-Card Stud, each player is given two cards face-down and one card
face-up.
The first two cards are known as the hole cards.
The third card is given face-up which leaves
opponents guessing as to what kind of hand you have.
The starting hand is the most important part of 7Card Stud.
Your starting hand in 7-Card Stud will be the first three cards that are initially dealt in a
game.
The best starting hand that a player may receive is a Three-of-a-Kind.
Other desirable hands
include high pairs, three to a Flush and three to a Straight.
