You probably won’t imagine a condo in the suburban area but there is a new condo at Bedok Reservoir.
This newly-developed condo can be found in Bedok Reservoir Road, District 16.
Its developer basically
describes the condo as a condominium housing development of 5-storey housing units, basement parking
slots and recreational facilities.
While this description is basic to all condominium, what sets this new
condominium apart from the rest is that it is conceptualized using a neighbourhood concept but within the
Bedok Reservoir Park.
Having said this, this is not your typical condominium that can be found in the city
