Tenant Staff Satisfaction
Our process
Customer satisfaction surveys are issued to users of the LIFT buildings on a annual basis; the first surveys
are always issued within 12 months of the facility becoming operational as it allows a few months for
teething problems, if they occur, to be resolved and for staff to settle into their new working
environment.
The following analysis gives an overall review of performance across the estate.
Each question is scored out of 10 and it is expected that a good average score for performance in line
with the Contract is above 60%.
