have an auto attendant that both his clients in Montreal and Boston could
use.

Canadian customer wanted Boston number and Montreal number
Challenge: A Canadian customer had a loan business and they wanted to
have an auto attendant that both his clients in Montreal and Boston could
use.
His partner was American but had relocated to Canada and had several
ties still in the Boston area.
They didn’t know how they were going to look
like as they had both American and Canadian presence.
They wanted the
customers to be able to call in and get the same auto-attendant, to make
their business sound bigger and accessible to both Canadians and
Americans.
Solution: We
customized an
auto attendant
to suit the
needs of the
customer, so
that his clients
would have the
opportunity to
press 1 for loans, press 2 for customer service, etc.
We assigned the
customer a toll free number, a Montreal Number and a Boston number.
That
way his clients could either call the toll free number or the local number
depending on which city they were calling from.
