Editor’s Note: I recently covered a
story at First UMC in Slidell regarding a
health kit challenge the congregation
participated in with a church from
Indianapolis.
I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie Landeche, who serves on staff
as the church’s Welcoming Ministries
Director.
I was impressed by the church’s
focus on hospitality, so I interviewed
Leslie and have written the following
story to share their ideas with our readers.
